By accessing or playing on this server, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all rules below. These rules apply to all players without exception.
Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. The GM Team reserves the right to interpret, enforce, and modify these rules at any time without prior notice. Continued gameplay constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Repeated or severe violations may result in escalated penalties up to permanent account termination.

• 1.1  All players must treat others (including staff) with respect.
• 1.2  Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, or toxic behavior is strictly prohibited.
• 1.3  Spamming, flooding, or disruptive behavior in any form is not allowed.
• 1.4  GM Impersonation & Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
  • Pretending to be a GM, staff member, or representative of the server is not allowed.
  • Using names/titles such as "GM", "[GM]", "Admin", "Mod" to mislead others is prohibited.
  • Claiming or implying authority, privileges, or insider access is prohibited.
  • Giving instructions while presenting yourself as staff is prohibited.
  Any attempt to imitate, suggest, or imply staff authority — directly or indirectly — will be treated as GM impersonation. Intent is not required for enforcement.
  ➡ Penalty: Immediate suspension up to permanent ban.
• 1.5  Advertising other servers, services, or unrelated communities is strictly prohibited.
• 1.6  You are fully responsible for all actions performed on your account.

• 2.1  Bots, macros, auto-clickers, or any form of gameplay automation are strictly prohibited.
• 2.2  Client modification tools or software that alter gameplay behavior are not allowed.
• 2.3  The following are strictly forbidden:
  • Packet-based tools or visual bots
  • Automation scripts (auto-feed, auto-wing, anti-AFK, auto-hide, etc.)
  • Skill spam automation or rapid-fire click tools
  • Any third-party tool interacting with game memory or packets
• 2.4  Multi-clienting (running multiple active game sessions) is not allowed.
• 2.5  Using multiple devices or accounts to bypass restrictions is prohibited.
• 2.6  Household Exception: Players from the same household may play simultaneously only if each player is actively controlling their own character.
  • Characters must act independently at all times.
  • Buffing, leeching, or AFK support between household accounts is prohibited.
  • Abuse of this exception will result in penalties for all linked accounts.
• 2.7  Using any second account or device for support actions (buffing, linking, leeching, farming advantage) is treated as multi-client abuse.
• 2.8  @autotrade vending is allowed as a single passive exception.
• 2.9  Packet sniffers, traffic analyzers, DPS trackers, or any tool reading game network data are strictly prohibited.

• 3.1  Only official client files and GRFs are allowed.
• 3.2  Any modified or third-party GRF is strictly prohibited.
• 3.3  This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Visual transparency edits
  • Mob size or visibility changes
  • Gameplay-affecting visual modifications
• 3.4  Any violation is treated as cheating.

• 4.1  You are responsible for securing your account.
• 4.2  Account sharing is at your own risk. No recovery will be provided for losses caused by sharing.
• 4.3  Any actions performed by someone using your account will be treated as your responsibility.
• 4.4  The server is not responsible for stolen items or compromised accounts.
• 4.5  Do not reuse passwords from other services.
• 4.6  Staff will NEVER ask for your password. Only verification data may be requested.
• 4.7  Unauthorized account access, hacking, brute-force attempts, or attempts to compromise other accounts are strictly prohibited.

• 5.1  Any form of Real Money Trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited.
• 5.2  Players are not allowed to buy, sell, trade, or exchange any NexusRO-related assets for:
  • Real money
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Gift cards
  • External payments
  • Any form of real-world value
• 5.3  The following are strictly forbidden:
  • Selling or buying NexusRO items, zeny, accounts, characters, services, or benefits for real money
  • Trading NexusRO items/zeny for items, currency, or services from another server
  • Selling items from another server in exchange for NexusRO items, zeny, or benefits
  • Buying NexusRO assets through outside transactions
  • Arranging RMT deals through Discord, social media, private messages, or third-party platforms
• 5.4  Any attempt to bypass this rule through indirect trades, disguised transactions, hidden agreements, or alternative methods will still be considered RMT.
• 5.5  The GM Team reserves the right to investigate suspicious trades, transactions, and account activity.

• 6.1  All donations are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
• 6.2  Donations are voluntary contributions to server maintenance and development.
• 6.3  Cash Point (CP) items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once obtained.
• 6.4  The GM Team does not handle disputes involving donation payments or CP usage.

• 7.1  Scamming, fraud, deception, or intentionally misleading players is prohibited.
• 7.2  Malicious or excessive kill-stealing (KS) is not allowed.
• 7.3  Griefing (mob dragging, obstruction, disruption) is prohibited.
• 7.4  Blocking NPCs, portals, or important areas is not allowed.

• 7.5  MVP and Mini-Boss encounters are Free For All (FFA).
• 7.6  Blocking MVP tombstones using characters, pets, or homunculi is prohibited.
• 7.7  Griefing rules apply only when the MVP/Mini-Boss is actively present.

• 7.8  False shop advertising or misleading titles are prohibited.
• 7.9  Blocking vending areas or reserving space unfairly is not allowed.
• 7.10  Buying shops must not intentionally exploit NPC pricing mechanics.
• 7.11  Item value and rarity must always be represented truthfully.
• 7.12  Overlapping or stealing vending spots is prohibited.

• 7.13  All spawned monsters are Free For All (FFA).
• 7.14  The GM Team may clear or intervene at their discretion.

• 8.1  Exploiting event mechanics will result in penalties or disqualification.
• 8.2  All GM decisions are final.
• 8.3  Bribery, collusion, threats, or attempts to influence staff decisions are strictly prohibited.

• 9.1  Keep all discussions in appropriate channels.
• 9.2  NSFW, offensive, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
• 9.3  Advertising other servers, services, or communities is not allowed.
• 9.4  Do not abuse @everyone or @here mentions.
• 9.5  Respectful communication is required at all times.

• 10.1  Violations may result in warnings, mutes, suspensions, item removal, account termination, or permanent bans.
• 10.2  Certain violations including cheating, botting, hacking attempts, exploits, and RMT may result in immediate permanent bans.
• 10.3  Reports must be submitted via 🎫 create-ticket with valid evidence.
• 10.4  The GM Team may act based on logs, reports, trade history, account activity, or direct observation.
• 10.5  Appeals are allowed once per case. Abusive appeals will be ignored.
• 10.6  All GM decisions are final and non-negotiable.
• 10.7  Any attempt to bypass, exploit, or technically avoid these rules while violating their intent will still be punished.

• The GM Team may enforce rules not explicitly listed when necessary.
• Rules may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Continued play signifies full acceptance of all rules and updates.
